Skyview on the Hudson is a postwar cooperative complex completed in the early 1960s and located in the Bronx's Riverdale neighborhood. Its location on a high vantage point allows for picturesque views of the Hudson River in many of the 1,309 units.
The three towers are surrounded by 23 acres of landscaped grounds with such offerings as a gazebo, a dog run, basketball courts, tennis courts, BBQ grills, and an outdoor pool and kiddie pool (seasonal). The Skyview Cafe is a full-service restaurant that also offers catering service. Indoor amenities include a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, 24-hour attended lobbies in all three buildings, bike storage, and central laundry rooms. Reserved parking spaces with electric vehicle chargers are available.
Skyview on the Hudson offers shuttle service to the MetroNorth Riverdale station, allowing for easy access to Midtown Manhattan. It is located near Wave Hill Park, Van Cortland Park, popular restaurants, and local supermarkets.
