Chelsea Gardens is a prewar cooperative complex dating back to 1940. Both buildings are distinguished by their yellow brick facades and Art Deco design influences.
Each building is entered from its respective street through a canopied entrance. A full-time doorman and live-in superintendent are on staff, and amenities include a landscaped garden, bike storage, and private storage. The complex is located up the street from the historic Chelsea Hotel and in close proximity to popular local dining and nightlife.
